Every morning, I wake up early to do a short 30mins yoga. It really helps to start the day and most importantly gives me the “mindset” that I have exercise for the day.

I used to exercise quite a bit but due to work. I stopped for a while but I need to get back so I’m starting with yoga. In fact, I have been doing this for the past 30 days. Each weekday, I wake up at 5:45 and do a set of 30mins yoga.

How do I determine my sets?
I used YouTube, whatever it shows up on my home screen I will use it. But mostly it’s Yogo by Leslie Flightmaster. She’s a pretty amazing instructor.

Anyway, what I want to get at is that in the past. I used to think I need to exercise a lot of lose weight. That is not true. I keep a check on what I eat and I do yoga. Now I only run once a week. I find my weight maintained and no yo yo period.

I aimed to add more yoga sessions as I’m enjoying it even more. The goal is to do yoga every day in the morning. And add a 2nd session on Tue, Wed and Thur. Let see how it goes.
