Each morning, I write, read, and exercise, distraction free. Every task thereafter—every banal or mundane activity throughout the rest of my day—is tinted with a sense of accomplishment.
I love morning, usually the most productive period of my time. But these days I check my emails first thing out of bed and this is disrupting my lovely morning. Because i start replying the emails and starts to lose my alone time. Sometimes these emails might even give me a bad start to my day.
So now I have no emails and no tech for the first hour of my day. And the feeling is great, less stress too. Fellow friends who are burden with emails, you should take back your morning and not lose it to the Internet.
